Shipping Information
We try to ship as fast as possible, but your bows are made after you order due to the custom nature of the products. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us PRIOR to ordering to see if it is possible. Thank you!
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping averages 2-3 business days (Please make sure you add this to your processing time). You will receive a tracking number so you can track the arrival of your package.
Express/Overnight Shipping: Can be requested but is not offered on our site, if you request express shipping, Your order will not arrive tomorrow. Your order will still take time to process. Express shipping does not reduce processing time, it only makes the shipping time reduce from 2-4 days to 1-2, depending on the post office.
Shipping costs are based on a table rate for each item in your order. We can group multiple items together in a multi piece order to reduce shipping costs, please contact us regarding your order and we make necessary adjustments.
Our SHIPPING and HANDLING RATES: 1-2 Items - $8; 3-4 Items - $15; 5-9 Items - $25; 10-40 Items - $50; 41-99 Items - $70; 100+ Items - FREE
Rush Processing: Occasionally we can accommodate rush orders. If you need this, please phone or email us first and we can try to work with you to get your order to you sooner. There will be additional charges to rush your order, as we will work overtime to make your order.
Return Policy
If your order is customized, it is nonrefundable or exchangeable.
Due to Different Cameras and monitors the colors you see on your screen may differ to the actual color of the material, also since some of the materials are "Shiny" or "Reflective" they may not photograph well at all.
For hygienic reasons Sports Bras and Shorts can not be returned
